Sophie’s 30th Birthday

The Cundy family is one of those families that everybody wants to be friends with. They are full of life and fill spaces up with so much love.

For a woman who’s such a giver (and introvert) her birthday wish was that no one would sing her Happy Birthday, so of course I spent the evening making sure she was sung to and creating as many photo ops as possible. Somewhere along the way we also convinced her to play games too and show off her competitive side.

Three months prior to this the Cundy’s house had a pipe burst and flood their kitchen and bathroom setting them into months of living in hotels while in the midst of a remodel with three children and a dog. What is crazy and also awesome is they spent the afternoon before the party finishing up multiple projects! And they finished just in time, it is beautiful.

Sophie’s friend, Raven worked together with her husband to pull of such a beautiful party with so many thoughtful details. And to top it all off, Ben pulled off the sweetest surprise for his wife, having Sophie’s sister and little baby niece fly over from England to visit.
